Critical Whey is a multi-source protein blend made with grass-fed dairy. Each 33g serving provides 24g of protein and around 120 calories. It is designed to support muscle growth and maintenance, and can be used after training or as part of your daily protein intake.

Mix 2 scoops (33g) with 250ml of cold water or milk and shake well. Consume immediately after training or during the day on non-training days. The product page suggests 1?3 servings daily. Scoops are estimates; weighing scales are recommended.

Ingredients vary by flavour. The protein blend contains whey protein concentrate (milk), whey protein isolate (milk), whey protein hydrolysate (milk) and milk protein concentrate (milk). Other ingredients may include flavourings, salt, sunflower lecithin, thickeners (carboxymethyl cellulose, guar gum) and sweetener (sucralose).
