Each 50g serving provides 48g of fast-absorbing carbohydrates and 300mg of electrolytes. The powder is designed for endurance exercise and can be mixed at different concentrations to suit your requirements. It can also be used as part of a carbohydrate-loading plan.

Mix 1 heaped scoop (50g) with 500ml of water and shake well. Consume within 24 hours of mixing. During exercise, consume 500ml every 45?60 minutes or as required. Scoops are estimates; weighing scales are recommended.
