Each 50g serving provides 48g of fast-absorbing carbohydrates and 300mg of electrolytes. It also contains Applied Nutrition's Breathe Easy® flavouring, described as providing a fresh, cooling experience and supporting oxygen intake during exercise. The powder is designed for endurance training and can be mixed at different concentrations to suit your requirements.

Mix 1 heaped scoop (50g) with 500ml of water and shake well. Consume within 24 hours of mixing. During exercise, consume 500ml every 45-60 minutes or as required. Scoops are estimates; weighing scales are recommended.
