Why we have a price promise

We always aim to be competitive in the way we do business.
We strive to offer value for money
We source the products at price points that enable us to be competitive with our prices & suit our customer's needs.
We believe that customers are better shopping where you get a good service & competitive pricing locally,
We are part of the community in Nottingham & we value our reputation as 'word of mouth' recommendations are a huge source of new customers.

We recognise that modern communication methods are changing the way many items are offered for sale. With this in mind we look at the market of UK based competitors pricing & if we do miss a better price elsewhere just let us know & we shall try to either match it or even beat it But what we can never do is sell below cost price.

We shall look at the price where the item concerned meets the following criteria:

The product must be a genuine current item available in stock within the UK
The competitor has not filed for insolvency.
reputable retailer If it is a discontinued / previous model it must still be available from the UK supplier.
The product is exactly the same as ordered - (size, colour, model , finish etc.)
The product is readily available at the competitor.
("Readily available" means the product is in stock and could be sent out by the competitor within 4 days.)
If there are any delivery charges etc we will include this in our price so the price you would pay the competitor is the same as the price you pay us.
We reserve the right to contact the seller to verify the price / availability / accuracy etc.
Non new items, ex-demo, display stock, returns, non UK based web retailers and all online auction sites do not qualify.

Where the item does not match our criteria we will do our very best to be competitive in terms of price.
